CT-SH/SL Super High Speed Plastic Bag Film Extruder
The structure of CT-SH/SL single-layer blow molding machine adopts sturdy design, which makes the machine operate more stably. In this case, the plastic bag blowing machine works best for blowing low density polyethylene (LDPE) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) films, then processing them into packaging bags.
For our blown-film machines, we use Rossi gearboxes, made in Italy, and an ABB inverter as standard equipment. Additionally, we use a PID thermos controller and an SCR for our heating system. Therefore we can guarantee our machine to save up to 20% power consumption than other competitors.
Due to our special design of the die flow path, it only takes 30 minutes to clear off the material inside, which improves efficiency and end-product quality.
