In the end of 2021, we have dispatched the model CR-100 recycling line to Mexico.

The client requires recycling polyethylene from his factory with a maximum capacity of up to 220 kg/hr (in soft material).

   - Plastic film/ sheet...

   - Plastic bottles/ cans...

• Output:

   - Soft material: 140~220 kg/hr

   - Rigid material: 180~330 kg/hr

• Screw diameter: 100mm

• Screw L/D ratio: 32:1

• Main motor: 125 HP

Feature

   This machine has a DFC (horizontal cut), the material come out more directly to the cutting unit and generate great capacity.
